What ages/grades is your club for? 4th and 5th Grade
How does someone join your club? Summersill will hold a MathCounts Team tryout for any high-achieving math student in grades 4-5 who is interested in competing. Through the tryout process, four team members and one alternate will be selected to compete at the district level.
When is your club offered? 2nd semester --Our district competition will take place on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
What is your club about? Onslow County Elementary MathCounts is a local coaching and competition program designed to stimulate 4th & 5th grade students' interest and achievement in mathematics. Participating schools can select 4 club members and 2 alternates to compete as teams and individuals in the local competition held each spring.
